About the Instructor:
Janelle Karas commenced her Real Estate career in 1990 in “list and sell” Real Estate, and has been involved in the mortgage industry, real estate development and investing. Since June 2002, Janelle has worked exclusively in the Real Estate Auction industry.
She holds brokers licenses in Colorado and New Mexico. Janelle previously owned and operated a Pacific Auction Exchange franchise (PAX). As a PAX franchisee, her company earned awards for Most Number of Auctions, Highest Auction Sales Price and Franchisee of the Year. Janelle became the 1st area developer for PAX. In that role, she sold franchises and created training and internal support systems for franchisees. Currently, Janelle expands the company’s educational products by providing ongoing CE courses and Affiliate Training to Real Estate Professionals. Janelle is an active educator, Board member of the Colorado Auctioneer’s Association, participates in Charity Auctions and is a much sought after speaker and proponent of the auction industry.
